People formerly known as "Christians" are now repenting from that title. They have come to believe that "Christian" is a pagan name. Church on Sunday is pagan; holidays such as Christmas, Easter/Resurrection Sunday, and birthdays are pagan; and, yes, the name of "Jesus" has now become pagan to them. The cultic movement is on the rise with independent, home-based Bible studies in this aggregate known as the "Hebrew Roots Movement." These former "Christians" have now come to believe they are "Israelites" through the "Two House" theology. This is gaining ground especially in the South, Ohio, Colorado, and Florida. I will be writing articles on it soon, and I have already been asked to be on radio programs to discuss this phenomenon of "American Hebrews" formerly known as "Gentile Christians." More details are on my blog here from today’s post.

These Bible studies and "messianic" cliques proudly boast of being non-denominational (denominations are pagan, too) and  are independent of one another with names such as The Assembly of Yahweh Yeshua, "Fossilized Customs", "Messianic Israel", and Restoration of Israel. They share an affinity for bizarre teachings from unknown authors such as Angus Wootten, Batya Ruth Wootten, Eddie Chumney, and Lew White, unknown at least to the "Christians" who are "Sun-day" worshipers. They purport that we are all "Israelites" as "believers" through the "Two Houses" of Ephriam or Judah. See also this article for more information about this anomolous "messianic" movement spreading in America with a spirit against the real "Yeshua", His people, and the Bible. It is anti-Semetic in that it teaches we are all Israelites as "believers". The name of Jesus means "pig" they teach, so they only call Him "Yeshua." Bumper stickers are offered in this "ministry" here which read "Sunday is not the Sabbath". "Bibles" with the "restored name of our Creator to the text in each place it occurs in the Hebrew" are sold for $23.00 to $76.00 (leather edition).
