Here is just another reason to stay away from the emergent church.

It is one sad day when "Christian" women and "men who support ‘emerging Christian women’" start sitting around re-imagining God in their own image so easily.

A more truthful and realistic suggestion would be to study the Bible and learn more about the God of the Bible, either being drawn to Him by His mercy and grace alone or being offended by Him, remaining cognitively as a lost person.

We are not worthy of calling such a Savior "Master." It is an honor to call Jesus "Lord" and  "Master" and a thrill to be His slave. We are the ones who need to change–not a Holy God like the Everlasting Father of the Bible.
