After emerging church pastor Dan Kimball it’s a toss-up as to who endorses more books–Purpose Driven Pope Rick Warren or Emergent Church Guru Brian McLaren. In this missive from Apprising Ministries you’ll see that Warren has endorsed a book by Dr. Ron Wolfson which informs us:

All human beings are made in the image of God. But for what purpose were you made? The biblical answer is clear: you are to imitate God in order to bring God’s presence into your life and the lives of others.

This is partially true. However, our Creator God–Jesus of Nazareth–Who is Christ, regardless of John Hagee, says one must be born again to do so. And yet because this is right in line with his works-oriented Purpose Driven religion America’s megapastor Rick Warren is more than ready to lend his name and support to yet another antibiblical work.
