Today is the 14th day since Richard Abanes sent his email to iPower alleging that Ken Silva libeled him. Not once in those 14 days has Richard Abanes backed up a single allegation of libel nor has he given any specific details to Ken Silva.

The scripture requires that when a charge is brought against a pastor that the charge must be established by two to three witnesses.

1Tim. 5:19 Do not admit a charge against an elder except on the evidence of two or three witnesses.

So far, Richard Abanes has made the charge that Silva has libeled him. But the scriptures require him to back up his charges through supporting witnesses and so far Abanes has not done that.

Making false and baseless accusations is a very serious form of defamation. Remember the Duke University Lacrosse team?
